Deposit

50% of the rental contract is required to reserve the studio space. The balance is due in full no less than 24 hours before the first day of the reservation. Payments are accepted in the form of a check, VISA or MasterCard (processing fee applies to credit card payment). Failure to pay on time will result in the release of any booked rental space.

Cancellation

Cancellation ten or more days prior to shoot shall incur no charges. Cancellation of less than ten days and more than 72 hours prior to the shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of cancellation within 72 hours prior to the shoot, Renter will be responsible for paying 100% of the base studio rental cost. If CineSalon must cancel a confirmed booking, Renter will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

Postponement of the shoot seven or more days prior will incur no charges provided the shoot is rescheduled within sixty days. Postponement of a shoot less than seven days prior will incur a 25% charge of estimated cost, provided the shoot is rescheduled within sixty days. All charges will be applied against deposit and additional monies will be required to restore the deposit amount of 50%. If postponed shoot rental is not rescheduled within sixty days, deposit will be forfeited.

Electrical System Description

The stage is power rated at 3 phase 300A which includes 2 x 100AMP Company Switch with Series 16 Cam-Lok.

The Series 16 cam-lok devices are designed to provide superior service and durability, even under the most severe operating conditions. The Series 16 receptacles are provided with snap back protective covers, and mounted on the receptacle panel at bottom of the enclosure.

If you wish to utilize our 100AMP Cam-Lok Power Distribution System you will need to rent the following items per unit:

100A Lunch Box (100A Bates to 5-20amp Edison Duplex)

Our space was designed with outlets easily accessible from the ground and the grid. Our studio space is equipped with: 

-24 Edison Connections Ground Level

-Our grid has over 17 locking Edison connections. These circuits are connected to a 100AMP Breaker. If you need additional power in the ceiling you can utilize our 100AM Camlock Distro Power.

-5 Locking Edison Connections in LED Wall Lighting Grid

-12 Locking Edison Connections in CYC Wall Lighting Grid

Note: If you are using our Unreal Engine LED Wall, plan for a usage range of 40-80AMPS. The brighter the screen the more power the screen will consume.

We have a dedicated breaker in the back of the studio where you can toggle power for the grid via individual circuits or control power for the entire sub-panel by 1 switch located in the main panel.

There is 1 Isolated Ground Circuit located in the Control Room and Studio Area for audio equipment.
